He undertook sub-specialty fellowship training at Moorfields Eye Hospital (London, UK) and St Paul’s Eye Hospital (Liverpool, UK). He is a consultant ophthalmologist at Royal North Shore and Concord Hospitals and is an on-call medical specialist for the Australian Navy Reserve.
